Real local-market math

Enter the service ZIP and choose whether you want to offer your customers a sale. The calculator assumes the current model: you are generating your own customers, so every properly attributed appointment includes the normal 60/40 service economics plus your separate referral-partner compensation.
Choose whether to run a sale. Your customer pays the selected discounted rate, and your separate referral-partner percentage automatically follows the existing 0% / 5% / 10% / 15% tier.
Billing uses 15-minute increments after the first hour.
The claim fee is simply Ohana's prepaid 40% split of the customer's first billed hour. It is not a second charge and it is not extra handyman income. When the job is completed, you receive the full first billed hour because Ohana's share of that hour was already prepaid. Across the completed appointment, your normal service earnings are still 60% of collected labor.
If the customer cancels at least 24 hours before the appointment, the appointment is unwound and that prepaid claim amount is refunded or voided. Inside 24 hours, the customer owes one effective appointment hour for your lost reserved time unless you choose to waive that customer-facing charge; Ohana retains the already-paid claim fee under the existing cancellation policy.
